For over 25 years we have had the honor of spreading some of the most traditional Japanese dishes from 'izakaya' style bites to a full on sushi bar, the experience at Hana is a bit out of the ordinary but we assure you that the flavor of the food hits home for anyone who has been exposed to real Japanese food culture.
While offering the most extensive sake list & the origin of sake tasting rooms in California, Danny Pitassy - Beverage Director/Sake Sommelier - will present each different sake with it's own unique and distinct flavor notes in a fashion that even as a beginner, you would be able to come up with your own tasting notes the next time around. Most importantly, behind the sushi bar will be chefs that perfected their craft in Tokyo to meticulously translate the Kant? flavors of Chef Owner Ken Tominaga here in Northern California.
