l $47.99 for a shish kebab plate delivered? Was a good place but they have gotten very greedy. Too many other places in Glendale to get shish kebab. Never again. Been eating here regularly for 25yrs...

l This is a small Armenian - Greek restaurant that seats less than 80 patrons. They served quickly thus the food was hot! The beef kabob was moist - honestly the best I’ve ever had.

l The mutabol (eggplant dip) was very good, as was the Greek salad. However, the grape leaves seemed a couple days old and seemed like they had seen better days.
