l I was so looking forward to going to the Chase Club but was very disappointed. Service was slow and the food was mediocre. Not a great experience for Mother’s Day.

l Spent $2400 for 4 rooms two nights each. Was told at reservation, check in and check out that I would earn Sonesta points. Did not earn any points and customer service was no help. Unacceptable...
