Why Concert-goers love it

CHARCUT is a favorite for music fans thanks to its prime location near major concert halls and arenas. Guests rave about the efficient service, making it a smart pick for those needing to dine and dash before showtime. The atmosphere strikes a great balance — energetic but not too loud — so you can still chat over cocktails. We were short on time, and due to circumstances we were a little late for our reserved time. We called the restaurant and they said no problem, just to let our server know our timeline. They had us fed and out the door in an hour. We had appetizers, drinks, main, and dessert. They were very accommodating, the food was excellent and our server was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to Charcut because we knew of Connie DeSousa from Masterchef. Chose it on 2/25/2015 because it was my husband's birthday. Food was delicious! We had the brisket and steak and could share those and were able to share the Charcut potato side dish. With two salads before that we were also able to share, it was a perfect dinner. The server had knowledge of the beer and wines and made it easy for us to share all of the food! We'd go back!

Liked: Best meal we've had in Calgary!

l I had high hopes for Charcut (downtown). The restaurant and the service were great, although the music was a little on the loud sound. This made conversations difficult. I was amazed though that I...
