l We have gone to Centro a couple of times. The food is amazing, every plate we have ordered has blown us away. The waiters are really good and the atmosphere makes for a really fun evening.

l Stopped for lunch on our first day in Boulder. The lunch salads were excellent, as were the fresh guac, the salsa sampler, and the blood orange margarita. Highly recommend!
