l Chef Michael prepared a red snapper that was crispy but not overcooked along with an excellent scallop appetizer. Kendall torched the snapper table side. Beautiful meal.

l We have been to the Castillo multiple times with friends for both dinner and breakfast. The waitstaff have been outstanding and the creations by Chef Michael are delicious!
