Founded in 2013, Capitol Cider is a two-story restaurant, full bar and arts venue located in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. Capitol Cider is the country’s largest independent cider bar. It offers more than 170 hard ciders on tap and in bottles w/ four cider flights daily. Additionally there are 10 taps of craft beer, gluten-free beer, and craft cocktails. Dark paneling, a master copy collection of famous paintings, old books and period architectural elements create a warm and inviting ambiance. Downstairs is home to shuffleboard tables, board games, and TVs for local sporting and cultural events.
