Bohemia chef Callum Graham's career has taken him from Geneva to Paris and London before taking over at Bohemia and has featured on Master Chef the Professionals and was part of the team at Bohemia that was awarded the first-ever 5 Rosettes in the Channel Islands.
Callum brings a European influence to Bohemia’s food thanks to his time in Paris and Geneva and loves to combine the fantastic local Jersey produce and seafood with the stunning produce from only 14 miles away in France thanks to Jersey’s unique location.
