Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Biff’s Bistro brings Parisian charm to the city’s vibrant entertainment district. Just a short walk from major concert venues and theaters, this elegant yet relaxed spot blends old-world bistro style with modern energy. Expect a cozy dining room, a year-round patio, and a menu full of French classics with a seasonal twist—all served in a business casual setting that feels just right for a night out.
Biff’s Bistro is an easy win for music fans thanks to its prime location, just blocks from venues like Meridian Hall and Massey Hall. The restaurant offers efficient, friendly service, which makes it possible to enjoy a full meal without missing your opening act. The ambiance strikes a great balance—lively but not too loud—making it a comfortable stop before or after the show. Plus, the warm lighting and classic decor set the stage for a festive evening.
Guests on TripAdvisor and OpenTable rave about the attentive staff, saying service is "professional but personable," with servers who know how to pace meals for concert schedules. Diners love the steak frites, escargots, and house pâté, calling the food "authentic and flavorful." The patio is a fan favorite in warmer months, and many mention a "great vibe" that feels both upscale and welcoming.
Some reviewers note that the menu prices lean toward the higher end, especially for à la carte options. A few also mention that the interior lighting can be a bit dim for those who prefer brighter settings. That said, most agree the quality and experience are well worth it.
With its convenient location, polished French fare, and fast, friendly service, Biff’s Bistro is a smart and stylish choice for concert-goers looking to elevate their night out in Toronto.

Liked: Furnishings and good service.
Disliked: Not enough food. Special lamb was mostly fat. I left hungry. Fish stew was tiny portion - she also left hungry. Pig knuckle was very good and sufficient.
