l This Benihana just got from one of the best years ago to the worst. Everyone got a fork from the server but me . Then the salad was served and he didn’t give me any.the chef said nothing on the table...

l When I think of Benihana, I think of the times I’ve been to the one in Honolulu, or Tokyo… Or even the one in Niagara Falls. Subdude, zen-like, Japanese cooking table experience. Not so for this...

l The hostess were extremely rude, they refused to give use an update on where we were on the list after waiting 45 min when we were told 30 min. We ended up waiting over an hour.
