Part gastropub and part modern Asian fusion cuisine, Banyan Bar + Refuge is an inventive eatery with a warm and rustic ambiance. Dim Sum dishes include the Avocado Bao Buns served with red curry aioli, chilled cucumbers with fortified black vinegar + and korean peanuts. Asian inspiration continues with Banyan's noodle and rice dishes, such as the dragon noodles, kimchi fried rice with a sunny egg, and seasonal thai basil pesto. Popular dishes include the very tasty banyan burger baos, tuna nachos, and shaking beef.
