l I ENJOYED THE BEEF CARPACCIO. IT WAS VERY THIN AND IT WORKED WITH THE DIFFERENT SPICES ETCETERA. THE TUNA TARTARE WAS GOOD BUT A LITTLE BLAND FOR ME. I TASTED JO'S MONKFISH AND IT PREPARED...
