I had an amazing one-night...

Liked: I stayed at the Swiss Chocolate Hotel for one night and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully themed—absolutely worth the price.The hotel’s location is another big plus. It’s just a short walk from the Swiss HB (main station) and very close to the city centre, making it easy to explore Zurich.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city—whether for a quick stay or a longer trip. Great value, great service, and a sweet touch of Swiss charm!

Liked: Great location, close to train station and several restaurants. The chocolate fountain is a plus.
Disliked: Room is too small for 2 people. Could have better lighting.

Liked: The staffs were very nice and friendly. We arrived earlier than our check-in time due to our flight and they were able to accommodate us.
Disliked: There was no ramp going into the hotel, only stairs.
