Liked: The location of the hotel The check in and check out process is very good One staff in breakfast buffet is very helpful and friendly his name is christos
Disliked: The breakfast buffet didn’t have much varieties Most of the staff in breakfast buffet are not friendly and don’t have customer service skills

Relaxing and luxurious

Liked: Spacious room, good amenities, great service, great location
Disliked: Check out was a bit difficult as all staff were busy or not at the desk.

Liked: We had a room with a beautiful lake view. Plus the club lounge and breakfast hall were amazing.
Disliked: Some of the property area needs renovation. Especially rooms need renovation, wash room, shower cabins and windows
