Nice location, but a room...

Liked: The location was really nice. The beds were good and the room had a nice size. The bathroom was nice
Disliked: We were dissapointed with our room ( Room number 5). The room itself was nice but it was located directly out to a courtyard with cafeguests and people walking by. That means that everyone could look directly into our room. Because of that and the noise from there, we had closed windows and the dark curtains for all the. We missed the light and the privacy. With the closed windows and warm summerweather, and no air-con in the room, the room was very hot during the nightThe digigtal check-in proces was not easy. I managed after some trouble, but when we arrived at the hotel we met a frustrated young woman who had given up on her reservation because of the difficault check-in proces.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was great. You can easily walk there from the main station. We received all the information we needed for the self check-in well in advance. Overall extremely good value for money.
Disliked: There is luggage storage on site, but only a limited number of lockers that only fit small suitcases.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Very nice fresh room with a big toilett/shower. Walking sitancr to the city center and other attractions.
Disliked: The sink was a bit smelly. The windows went towards a inneryard with a seating area making it difficult to have the windows open. Parking on the street is difficult around.

Liked: Ok cleaned room.
Disliked: There is no staff at the hotel. The digital check-in system is really poor and incomprehensible. Despite the claim that staff could be reached by phone 24/7, the switchboard was closed and only opened at 09:00. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 07:00, but the breakfast room was dark and locked, and no staff were present.
