Liked: Ok cleaned room.
Disliked: There is no staff at the hotel. The digital check-in system is really poor and incomprehensible. Despite the claim that staff could be reached by phone 24/7, the switchboard was closed and only opened at 09:00. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 07:00, but the breakfast room was dark and locked, and no staff were present.

Liked: Location was very good - close to city centre and train station
Disliked: Room was not cleaned on 2nd day as was supposed to happen Hotel helpline was not available after 5pm even though it was stated on notice in bedroom that it was available 'at any time 'Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10am but when we arrived at 9.50am, the Breakfast buffet was more or less cleared off and we had ask for basics such as cereal bowls and coffee. The staff member on duty on that particular day (18th May) was also extremely rude

Liked: The room is confortable, bathroom is big, all things working well, the check in online worked later as We asked. Thank you :)
Disliked: The street is passing by a construction and We can’t parking near or in front.
