Liked: very clean and comfortable.check in and out on line was not so difficult and easy to understand.
Disliked: parking was a problem.

Managed remotely- disappointing, unkind

Liked: The location is good, beds are comfy.
Disliked: Hotels should never be run without people. At least one personnel must always be available at the premises. Especially if you are not easy to reach via phone. There might be emergencies etc. We had no hot water for 24 hours. No one at the hotel for help. Hard to reach anyone to tell the problem. After reaching them (only via phone) they told us to go check another room. The other room also did not have water. They insisted on that it did. We also had to go and check it ourselves bc there was no one present to help you with it (the other room was at the 5th floor with steep stairs and I recently had a knee operation but I had to check it twice myself) At the same time the person on the phone was very rude saying things like "Lady, listen. You talked, now I talk. This is how people communicate". Only the other day someone told us that it was bc of a problem from the city. Never apologised, never took any responsibility. We were locked out of our room on the second day with our valuables inside. Because probably we seemed like we checked into the other room on the top floor. Even though I told them that we were not moving there both in an email and on the phone. Again, the people on the phone were very rude. They told us we did not book for another day and asked US!!! to prove it. Long story short, hospitality from a hard-to-reach phone line is not nice. The people on the phone should also be thought to treat the visitors better, be more polite. Never experienced such a behavior at a hotel. So I made my mind, never staying at hotels that are run remotely.

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The checking process was terrible. You need your phone to be charge and to understand the fairly complicated online process. Nobody will be there to help. The blankets are of cheapest kind. Not very comfortable.

Disliked: We were given a room facing a bar where people sat until late at night, right next to the room's window. Not particularly suitable at all, as they didn't inform us.

Nice location, but a room...

Liked: The location was really nice. The beds were good and the room had a nice size. The bathroom was nice
Disliked: We were dissapointed with our room ( Room number 5). The room itself was nice but it was located directly out to a courtyard with cafeguests and people walking by. That means that everyone could look directly into our room. Because of that and the noise from there, we had closed windows and the dark curtains for all the. We missed the light and the privacy. With the closed windows and warm summerweather, and no air-con in the room, the room was very hot during the nightThe digigtal check-in proces was not easy. I managed after some trouble, but when we arrived at the hotel we met a frustrated young woman who had given up on her reservation because of the difficault check-in proces.
