Liked: Front staff were 10/10. Location was ideal walking distance from everything you expect to see in that city.
Disliked: The room did get a bit stuffy and opening the window wasn't beneficial as you could hear a lot of the street noise. However, we stayed in the summer, and can appreciate that if it wasn't so hot, then this wouldn't be a problem, so it was very circumstantial. Was more or less a great experience.

Liked: Great location. Very friendly & helpful staff; couldn’t do enough for you. Nice shower room. Good restaurant & bar. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel was not boutique, & the room didn’t match up to the rest of the property, with scratched & chipped paintwork & furniture, & a well worn stained carpet. It was all very drab. The hotel was probably fully booked, so a high end price could be asked for basic economy rooms.

Zuni is a fantastic hotel...

Liked: Zuni is a lovely hotel with an offering of a delicious menu in their restaurant. Their breakfast served by friendly staff is also very delicious with a good variety. They also were open to slight moderations if you have special dietary needs.All staff is excellent at their work but also very kind and helpful, from the manager to the service staff everyone I encountered was friendly and made me feel truly welcomed. Thank you Paul, Louise, Jess, Luke, Marco, for making me feel so welcomed.
Disliked: No AC. Normally not an issue though I was there during an abnormal heat wave.I will definitely stay at Zuni again when I return.
