Liked: We were able to check in early Very comfortable beds

Comfortable, luxurious and clean

Liked: It was clean, air conditioned well and suitable shower. The roof top pool and terrace was the best part - allowing for relaxation in the sun as well as a city break so got get the best of both worlds
Disliked: There wasn’t much close by, we often had to get trains, trams or taxis however this only took 20-40 minutes to get to the main touristy parts of Barcelona and it is a big city

Liked: Very comfortable bedding and clean
Disliked: There was a rude and cold staff lady , the other staff were okay - compared to other staff in Spanish hotels this was the least friendly

Great location and friendly staff

Liked: Great location as we were in town for a festival so being on the 24 hour tram line was perfect. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful
Disliked: The AC in our room was leaking, not a lot and we were able to place down some towels. Staff did offer to move us into another room but didn’t feel it was needed. We also used the spa in the sister hotel but it felt like half the rooms/equipment weren’t working.

Liked: Yes, the facility was clean, nice decor and very comfortable.
Disliked: Leaky shower, had to use towels to control the leak onto the bathroom floor.
