Roomy Suite but we will...

Liked: I like how spacious the family suite is.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that there were no kitchen sponges, detergent, paper towels provided. We found some USED sponges underneath the sink but who wants to use a USED sponge? There was a dish rack but it was disgusting. There was a paper towel holder but it's rusty also underneath the sink next to the dish rack. We had to provide for ourselves. There were a couple dishwashing liquid bottles left but we didn't use them. If there is kitchen and kitchenette is in the room, everything else should be provided to make the stay comfortable. The drawers and cabinets were the utensils/plates are should be cleaned. We didn't feel comfortable using them as they looked dirty. We asked for these items in the front desk but they said they don't have any.The electrical outlet in the living room didn't have any cover, which made it unsafe for our little kids. The curtain in the living area is broken so it made it harder to close the curtains all the way. The bathroom sink drain needs to be cleaned and a Drano needs to be used as it is slow on draining the water in the sink.Lastly, the breakfast provided was not good. Everyday, we were given individual bags that had a bagel, cream cheese, apple, and a store bought muffin (it wasn't good). The coffee and juices are watered down. This lodge is trying to save money by cutting cost. There was not even a toaster in the room.

It met our needs

Liked: Great location and room was spacious. The reception team were very nice.
Disliked: Not well maintained. Phone was broken. Tv in bedroom wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed. Breakfast was terrible just a dry old bagel and an apple. If you are in the ground floor like us it’s insanely noisy from upstairs guests using toilets and walking around

I would not give it...

Liked: Liked the location. The friendly staff. And the free parking.
Disliked: After hiking all day long, we came back to the hotel trying to sleep. The room above us kept jumping stumping, running around until 6 AM. We hardly got any sleep. On top of that, the lights outside the room are so strong that even if you close the blinds, it still leaves some light inside your room. Which makes it really difficult to fall asleep. The shower was not the cleanest. Tell had some hair left from the previous person. Overall. It was okay, but it was not worth $200.Let alone the breakfast which was promised as bagels and cream cheese. The bagels were frozen. So we didn't get to eat those. We got some fruit lips, some yogurts and milk. Yay, for free breakfast.

Pleasant

Liked: It’s ok, in hindsight I would expect to pay a bit less for a place like that.
Disliked: The bathroom itself was big, unnecessarily. There was no cabinets to put our stuff in, shower itself was very small, VERY low water pressure.

Very nice place, good location...

Liked: Good location, nice room
Disliked: Parking was limited and the breakfast was a sack lunch style and was not handed out until late. Wanted to do the canyon sooner so missed out
