Liked: Friendly staff, always willing to help. Clean rooms with AC.

Hotel met our needs but...

Liked: Well situated. Comfortable lobby and bedroom. Dividing door between bedroom and lobby with bathroom nice feature. Also liked floor with no carpet Clean but smell of disinfectant too strong and overpowering in corridor and room
Disliked: Tv screen useless and couldn’t not see anything. Complained but no resolution of problem. Mel of disinfectant overpowering. Breakfast mediocre. Had too wait for overworked staff of two to refill juices and yogurt. Standard of room cleanliness fell after first day.

Liked: Close to the metro.
Disliked: Room was extremely small at the corner when sofa bed was opened very tight in space. Shower, sink were blocked. Breakfast was poor, coffee undrinkable. During breakfast staff had a disagreement. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't recommend to stay for the price we paid.

Disappointing

Liked: The location and size/layout of the rooms were great!
Disliked: The bed was pretty uncomfortable (you could feel and hear the springs in the mattress) and there was zero soundproofing or insulation, so we could hear everything happening outside and in the rooms around us. It was shockingly loud.
