Disliked: Soundproofing was very bad. At night sounds from the other room kept us awake. In restaurant there was a very friendly person and another who was unkind.

Liked: Awesome personnel at reception. I have had multiple flight delays and a buggy credit card that wouldn't work right and they responded promptly and fixed everything. Very good people work here. Location was comfortable, room was clean. Also it's just a very pretty, well maintained building with stylish interior
Disliked: I think it could be a bit quieter... Okay a byte quieter :-) but that is probably a matter of luck and season and again location, and frankly really quiet hotels (by my perception) are super rare. I did manage to get some sleep so quietness was "satisfactory" while everything else was excellent.
