Disliked: One of the beds had no blanket. We only stayed two nights out of 4. I don’t do roaches at all ,period. We had one in our room and that is when we left.

Good value, but you get...

Liked: The room was newly renovated, and felt updated and modern. It was acceptably clean for the price point. We were conveniently able to park right outside the room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned during the day. There were also some old, crusty installations, even in the updated room. One of the bedside lights/outlets didn’t work either.

Nice Surprise

Liked: We stay in this area several times a year to see family and have had very bad luck with neighboring hotels. This hotel was a surprise, Clean ,remodeled,comfortable, and nice staff, which is all we could hope for and not easy to get especially at this price point. The location is convenient and felt safe.
Disliked: No dislikes

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and there were no bugs.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. The toilet and shower were dirty. Someone used the toilet, maybe after cleaning. The shower curtain was soiled and hair in the shower. No blow dryer. Some of the furniture is stained. On booking.com, the refundable deposit was $20. When I arrived, the desk clerk said it was $50.
