Liked: Great location. Only a short walk from Cutty Sark. Hotel is new and spotlessly clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was so quiet, I had the best sleep. Lovely hot shower
Disliked: I wanted some hot water, which I could get a small amount from the vending machine for £2. For only hot water this was expensive

Cosy room

Liked: Cosy room and very clean. Some great staff.
Disliked: Although not the worst customer service experience it was pretty bad. We had messaged the hotel to prearrange some things we needed which the hotel has agreed to. In the morning, when we needed them, we found out the hotel wasn’t following through with their promise because they didn’t want other customers to ask as well. The staff were very indifferent to our prior requests and that we were counting on them. Also, there’s a gap in the door of the en suit, so you can easily see in an out of the bathroom when someone is in there.
