Perfect choice for holiday in...

Liked: Best hotel in Bergen with hard working and service minded staffs. I love their hospitality especially a Hungarian guy at the reception. He was so pleasant and welcoming. I would like to come back again. Breakfast options were splendid and the staff were around helping everyone. It's a great team.
Disliked: Nothing. You people are the best compared to all the other hotels I stayed during my holidays this year.

Excellent location for railway station

Liked: Very convenient location for my next day rail trip. It's also a short walking distance from the hotel to the city centre. The room is massive, a sitting room with dining area, a large bedroom, two bathrooms and two TVs. Hotel staff is friendly, very attentive and helpful. Quick response to my pre-check in message, as my flight was delayed. Plenty of selections for breakfast.
Disliked: The weather was a bit warm at night this year. It would be helpful to have a note next to the temperature control box telling guests that it's for heating only, as I spent some time to work out how to turn on the cool air. But staff kindly came to the room and opened some windows wider to let cool air in. I had a very good sleep.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: No ac. The decor of the room was minimal, with tiles on the wall. The ceiling of the room was grey and made the room look like a container.
