A consistently great hotel to...

Liked: The staff are great here. The room is very comfortable including the beds are very comfortable. Good coffee in the downstairs cafe. I like the toiletries and that they use good toilet paper. Great location. At the pricier end for Carlton but worth it when compared to other options.
Disliked: Booking.com have become difficult to communicate with - zero response to emails - even when the issue was a website hack for a booking different to this one.

Quirky hotel in good location

Liked: The location and parking availability. Good range of guest accessories eg slippers, hair straightener. Well designed space. Good lighting.
Disliked: Lack of privacy in the bathroom (toilet in a glass cubicle). The rooms all have access from an outdoor corridor so it has a motel-like feel to it. When it was windy you could hear the wind whistling.
