Extremely disappointed

Liked: The location is good and the hotel is quite cute.
Disliked: This place is not value for money. I booked this for myself and my Mum to have a nice night away in Melbourne and we were very disappointed. Our room was soooo small and the bathroom is in the same room/isn't seperate which was pretty uncomfortable and awkward. I also found the staff to be very inexperienced and unhelpful when I enquired about what I had book compared to what I got. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and the staff here were probably the rudest I've ever come across in my travels.

Disliked: noise outside but that can’t be helped give. the central location.

Lovely & cozy place to...

Liked: Staffs were helpful, friendly & nice , especially a waitress in the breakfast time, she was so nice, friendly & professional . She will ask you if you need the ice for the juices as the weather was cold. The other waitress didn’t , they just assume you like & give you. Front desk also nice & helpful, i need to check in early at 11, they immediately arranged the room for me. I just waited for 40 minutes & I could rest in the room, no need to hanging around outside under cold weather. Room was not big, but clean , everything you need was there. They clean your room everyday , their cleaning workers were friendly & polite. Location is good, surrounding by many restaurants just 3 mins walk, also connivence stores & supermarkets in walking distance . Breakfast was good, but not many choices.
Disliked: The room was too dark , as you may need to close the curtain even in the daytime, as the window is facing the corridor

Great stay

Liked: Great decor, comfy beds, great bedding, food was delicious, rooms were warm and quiet, overall a perfect stay
Disliked: gluten free options were a bit limited (particularly as they were not marked on room service menu and when I rang room service thedishes were given as only option)

Perfection

Liked: Everything about our stay was perfect. The room is thoughtfully designed, the beds super comfy, breakfast was delicious, staff were extra helpful and friendly, and absolutely loved the wine bar! All in all will be highly recommending to friends and when I am visiting Melbourne will definitely stay at Zagame’s House!
Disliked: There was nothing that I can think of!!
