Superb hotel

Liked: Second time staying at Zagame's house. We love this hotel. Super comfortable, clean, modern, in a great location with high speed Internet. Would really recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing

We loved our stay so...

Liked: The immediate welcome on arrival was beyond any hotel we have stayed in. The staff were the most relaxed and friendly we have seen, readily happy to assist with any questions. Hence, we can attribute that to the ‘positive culture’ of the environment and management under which the staff work. Our room was exactly as visualised from the photos.
Disliked: There was nothing at all to dislike about this property.

Our fifth stay at Zagame...

Liked: It was lovely sitting by the fireplace and having a quiet cup of tea after a busy few days. Staff were always attentive.
Disliked: More space around the sink would be useful which acts as both a place to fill the kettle and a place to wash hands after using the bathroom and also kitchen utensils. Also always helpful to have a luggage rack in hotel rooms - we had to use the couch for our bags. But generally these are not non-negotiables.

Great location and comfort

Liked: The staff were outstanding. The young people on the breakfast shifts were always cheerful, polite and helpful. Breakfast itself was great, with a good selection from the menu. The coffee was excellent.The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was excellent with good range of toiletries.We had a hired car so used the parking facilities. This was really convenient and safe.The hotel is located very close to what must be the United Nations of restaurants and cafes. It is right on public transport routes if you don't want to use a car.
Disliked: I can't really think of anything I felt I needed. Sorry, nothing to complain about, but will simply say again, the staff were great!
