Disliked: The first room we were shown was in the most disgusting location with garbage cans very unusual, they moved us to a different bldg on the 2nd floor but with children running above us all night that didn’t work out. We finally found our perfect room w/ocean view

Liked: I love the location and the resort room was beautiful.
Disliked: I love the little trailer where you can get breakfast it is such a beautiful place and live the water features

Tried to make the best...

Liked: There was a salt water pool that was heated. Location was good. The suite was a good size for a large family.
Disliked: Oil all over the beach. No towels or soap for the wet bar. No one was keeping up with trash pick up at the pool or elevators. Food and drinks were expensive. No continental breakfast. No room service. Elevator broke down. Charged for self parking. Events for families were canceled due to a wedding. Balcony was dirty. Not enough seating at the food truck.

Liked: The pool was nice and warm
Disliked: The phones did not work and the garage would not work . They only left one toilet paper and we ran out without a phone to call it in. The beach was not good to get in . But one good thing was the pool nice and warm and family friendly.
