Liked: It’s a beautiful property but not worth the price
Disliked: The staff are not friendly or inviting. Felt very different than it did to my prior stays with them before the name change of this facility.

Exceptional

For us, expense exceeded value.

Liked: We had a large comfortable roomPerfect for those who want to hang out at resort hotel.
Disliked: Expensive - for us, the price exceeded the value . But we were there to meetup with family; had little interest in pool, or facilities, and didn’t use them. We would have preferred location closer to cultural or historic venues.One disappointing thing was that, after checking out, my husband discovered he had left a packing cube in the room; called hotel staff later that day to report his error, was told staff would look and get back to him. But there was no follow-up by staff, even with 2 more calls by my husband.

Liked: Great location on the beach and extensive facilities
Disliked: This is a very large resort hotel. We were disappointed with welcome at Reception. Our room was located a long way from central facilities, which was difficult with limited mobility. Bar was a disappointing space, small and nowhere to relax, but great service. Restaurant menu and service was average. Overall, a disappointing experience which does not represent great value for money.

Disliked: It’s very big, finding my way around took longer. The rooms are nice, but a little run down. The smell coming off the ocean is rough.

Liked: The staff were amazing! The view from our room beautiful and refreshing.The only drawback was that the lights would flicker and go off. They even went off while I was in the shower.I will let them know.Also, our last night someone was running and banging on doors.
