NEVER AGAIN

Liked: I like the shower and that’s about it
Disliked: The service was awful . Rude. First we paid for a hot tub suit . come to find out there is no jets in the hot tub so just a tub . When we first arrived we was greeted by the smell of Poop horrible smell . She gave us our keys just for them not to work after paying 1500 you would think she would bring the working keys to us . nope . She made up come allThe way back down for a working key. Had toCall and ask for bath salts that never showed if you are planning a vacation i wouldn’t use this hotel

Disappointing

Liked: Great location, staff was friendly
Disliked: wasn't as expected. Hotel is under new management so nothing is open, no restaurants on site as advertised, and the crowd there seemed sketchy.

Liked: penthouse: great location, the free amenities the hotel offers, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, quite rooms
Disliked: penthouse suite: elevator down, jets not working in jacuzzi, booked for two people but did not have enough towels, pricing considering they are renovating the hotel

Everything I needed and came...

Liked: The pool was awesome…sometimes the ocean water was too cold but the hotel has heated pools so that was nice. The restaurant is a little expensive but food is very good
Disliked: Minor things not worth mentioning

Liked: Great Location very close to places we want to visit. Bed was comfortable and patio was nice.
Disliked: It needs a full maintenance review. Light socket that didn’t work in bathroom or next to bed. No safe in room when we got there. Furniture worn down

Very unsatisfactory

Liked: The best thing about Z Ocean is the bathroom design. That’s it that’s all.
Disliked: The smell of the hotel, half painted hallways, the elevators did not work during our whole stay, sometimes it was one person checking guest in and out, working the elevators and who know what else. I’m on my floor level but I have to wait until they finish another guest in just to get out the hotel. Never seen no construction taking place. There for 4 days and never seen an attempt to finish the elevators. They just have someone sitting in a chair taking people up and down. And all the staff seem fine with that as if that’s normal. Cable was going in and out. How do a guest pay for a room with an outdoor hot tub but then make you sign a paper saying we can only use it certain hours. Howwwww who else will be using it if it’s private. It’s just so many things wrong with this property.
