We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.

Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

Liked: Location close to the port for the cruises
Disliked: Broken elevator, small rooms, dirty bathrooms, dirty sheets and linens. Horrible service from front desk staff.

I highly recommend this property....

Liked: The location was great and across the street from Bayside Marketplace. CVS right across the street. ROSS Dept store half a block up the street. ABC behind the hotel.
Disliked: The $50 security deposit per day should be a set fee for the whole stay.
