We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.
Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

The hotel was horrible, uncomfortable,...
Disliked: My room was right above the only flickering light on the out side of the building on the third floor. My room looked like a night club even with the shades closed. If that wasn?t enough, I could hear the music from the gym below me. And I could also hear the ?DJ? they had in the loby from my room.

Will recommend people avoid this...
Liked: Liked the the locale. Close to shopping and cruise port.
Disliked: The beds were comfortable but the bedding felt and sounded like paper. There was only one elevator for the entire hotel that was extremely busy and made for a long wait. Given that we were given the 17th floor and had luggage for an upcoming cruise, waiting for this elevator was a must. Of the five staff we came into contact with, either at the desk or for transportation, while not unpleasant, never smiled. On the 17th floor, by the way, which they called the penthouse, we were given an extremely tiny room. Comparable to the friends and family that all booked the same room and paid the same rate, each room was different in size. This did not jive with what was advertised.
