Yve Hotel Miami

We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

Liked: Location.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.

Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

Great stay if traveling for...

Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly at check in as well as check out. We had to wait on transportation and the option to leave luggage while we went on a store run was a plus. The location was amazing. The CVS across the street and the surrounding food options was the best. The rooms were smaller but great for an overnight stay prior to cruise the following day. I originally had one bed but the staff updated me to two queens at no additional price.
Disliked: The only thing I disliked about the stay is that there was a huge concert scheduled for the weekend so the testing of the sound systems outside were really loud. To noisy to attempt a nap during the time of the sound system test. I could feel as well as hear everything until they wrapped it up around 8pm.

Disliked: Carpet old and smelly.No in room refrigerator.No view of the Bay Front Market except when standing up.Bathroom door was sticking. Ice machine was only on the very top floor. (PH)No Complementary Breakfast.

It served its purpose.

Liked: It was close to the port.
Disliked: The smell. The hallways of the hotel look janky. The doors close very slow. The room is very small. The shower had hair.

Liked: The view was nice but I’ve been waiting for 5 days now for my deposit and still nothing

Liked: Great location!! Lots to do just walking. The Bayfront Marketplace is literally opposite!!Been here before - always tidy
Disliked: —A whole set of guys outside by ‘valet’ but your taxi drops you off but no-one came to help bring in your luggage -No bellman to carry your luggage up to the room (well, no one offered). On checkout, was told the bellboy comes in for 9am (I was checking out at 8am) so I know they have -Expensive hotel and yes, the location is great, but at least offer breakfast for that price. You get two waters and a complimentary welcome drink….yay
