We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.

Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

Nightmare Hotel!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Price, bathroom size, stuck in the elevator for 30mins with 3 kids, no apology, no compensation, nothing, very poor customer service, will definitely not recommend staying here!

Liked: RoomSince my stays at Yve Hotel for many years the mattress of the beds need to renew because is sagging in the middle that cause backache

It was good for what...

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the staff was nice, the connected restaurant was good.
Disliked: Bed had blood stains. Noisy hallways.

Liked: The convenient location to the port of Miami.
Disliked: It’s older and no remodeling done. Paint was pulling and the rooms were outdated.
