We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

Liked: Location.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.

Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

All good.

Liked: Excelent staff. They all speak spanish.
Disliked: They have a problem with the elevators. They are not enough for so many people and I had to use the stairs (6 floor).

Very good

Liked: Excellent location to the cruise terminals. Uber was less than $10. And perfect walking distance to Bayside Market, downtown shops and restaurants. Also, 5th floor corner street room with two nice size picture windows was surprisingly quiet.

It was ok for what...

Liked: I love that the staff was very nice and the restaurant that was inside is a 10/10 along with the service they offered. I would always eat there if I ever come that far back into Miami.
Disliked: I didn’t like that it was only one working elevator and it took forever to get to the floors, so we had to walk 14 flights of stairs. I was very unhappy with our room it felt like a jail cell. Everything was too close. The pics were very misleading and online it says it’s a $75 incidental fee, but it was 50 dollars a night.

Pretty disturbing

Liked: Nothing pretty disappointing
Disliked: The ceiling was collapsing, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and seemed to have been recently treated with insecticide. The carpet was filthy. Only one elevator was operational, and looking down revealed the basement, whereas the other elevator was non-functional. The website images did not accurately represent the accommodations we had purchased.
