Comfortable and clean

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating, free fast wifi, breakfast was nice and had gf options. Quick 20 minute walk to the main station
Disliked: Would recommend bringing an eye mask and ear plugs. Curtains are not black out and is a bit noisy but reflective in price

Great stay if you’re looking...

Liked: Staff was very accommodating. Clean towels and room service daily. Very good location. Close to city centre, shop nearby (less than 5min), take out places and food and drink places nearby also, come and go when you like, quite area, seemed very safe area even at night time.
Disliked: Very basic facilities but price reflects this. Breakfast also basic but sufficient for start of the day. Good place for sleep, shower and basic breakfast, and very nice staff. Few maintenance issues such as broken shower but still functional. Overall for the price we paid the few issues were expected.

Great place, great location, great...

Liked: everything was great apart from the Wifi which did not work in the room.
Disliked: It is not acceptable that you do not have a functioning Wifi in the room.

Booking.com needs to check the...

Liked: Jut the gentleman who was in reception was kind
Disliked: everything was so bas hotel really unacceptable ir was dirty, no rugs or carpet, bed was old and unclean, bed side table was broken, everything was dirty and smelly also all the plugs was not working only the toilets plug was working .I didn’t have any choice to go somewhere because we paid beforehand we come. I don’t recommending to anyone

Affordable

Liked: We liked that we could check in early and the size of the room that could accommodate all of us and the air conditioning. It was also within our budget.The staff both reception and cleaning were really friendly.
Disliked: There were old style plugs that didn't fit any of our adapters but when we spoke to reception they loaned us one. Breakfast was a bit basic and odd...only hot items were sliced hot dogs.
