Horrible

Liked: I was there for the 4th time because it is a quite good hotel , colse to evrithnig , but this time I had the worst experience ever in my room 365 I HAD BEDBUGS !! I am terrified because I returned home and think that I bring one with me ! I have 32 bites but the most scary thing i live with is the possibility to infect my house !!!!

Even if a bit noisy,...

Liked: The location is perfect, close to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz for those who wants to go shopping (also tour the old churches/buildings). The central station is 2min walk away, as well as the underground subway/bus/trams. You have supermarkets and cafe/restaurants in your surroundings, so enough food to choose from. The room is bigger than what you usually get, it's spacious enough for you to have your suitcases laying around open. I liked that we had a small table for us to sit down and eat food. The bathroom was big, the shower was excellent and liked that we could open windows. The bed was really comfy and spacious enough for 2 people.
Disliked: During warm days, having windows open is not ideal since there will be noises. The aircondition makes a loud noise due to it's fan so our solution was to open window in the bathroom and keep bathroom door closed with a slight opening. Also, switch on one of the night table lamp did not work so I had to manually plug and unplug cable if I wanted to use it.

Great location and staff. Hotel...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and understood my concerns. The location is excellent and one can easily reach landmarks and places of interest on foot. It is also 45 minutes from the airport with the S-Bahn
Disliked: The room and overall facilities are dated. The room finishes were really average at best. The bathroom, eve though was large, it was not well lit and did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before occupancy. The AC gave a smell like the filter needed to be changed. There were small black insects in the room that were quite annoying. The security system to access the room did not appear to be very safe. The room had no proper safe, rather a cabinet with a lock mechanism. Lastly, the paid breakfast at a place nearby was TERRIBLE. I asked for a refund.

Liked: The location next to the center of town was great. The staff was exceptional.
Disliked: Parking was mis-represented and an expensive pain. I thought the garage was next to the hotel, not blocks away. Our parking ticket didn't work in the machine which turned into a 30 minute trial to get out of the garage and resulted in losing the hotel discount.
