Liked: In terms of amneities, staff, location and cost, rarely does a hotel manage to get everything perfectly right and Yours Truly does just that! My kids loved the space in the suite, the wife loved the decor, I loved the immediate response from the hotle staff, in addition to everything else. It was a pleasure staying here! Everyone in my family loved it! Highly recommended

A stylish stay in the...

Liked: The room was modern, spacious, and well-designed, with a sleek bathroom and cozy lighting. The restaurant and lounge were vibrant when we arrived—live music, a great crowd, and a cool atmosphere. Once we settled in, it was easy to relax and enjoy. The cocktails were creative and delicious, and the overall vibe was chic yet comfortable.
Disliked: It was a bit overwhelming walking into such a lively scene right at check-in, especially after a long day of travel. But once we got into our room, everything settled down quickly.

Nice hotel in a good...

Liked: Good location and fun vibe to the hotel.
Disliked: I did not receive the room I booked and paid extra for. The staff offered no assistance in resolving the issue during my 3-night stay or even provide a partial refund.

Liked: Very kind and helpful staff, great location, loved the lobby and the water fountain on every floor, appreciated the late check-out time (noon).Room was clean, nice, beds comfortable, huge TV in the room.

Terrible customer service

Disliked: I had to change the travel dates - the hotel agreed to one change but refused my second request - I find this to be terrible customer service - I would never book this hotel.
