Overall, the experience and service was great at the hotel.

Liked: Close to the venue of my interest.
Disliked: Parking - Valet was the only option for $49.00.

Liked: The room was cleaned every day
Disliked: There is no 5 star hotel for sure!!!The room was to small, not like on the pictures. There are no shelves in the bathroom. No nightstands. The shower is uncomfortable and leaks . After a shower the whole floor is covered in water.

Disliked: I wasn’t able to check in when I arrived at 4:30-5:00. I needed to change for a dinner meeting and the receptionist said I could use the lower lobby bathroom to do this! Totally unacceptable!
