Passable

Liked: I loved the location where the hotel was located.
Disliked: It is not a family friendly resort. The room were really small for a family of 4. No microwave, refrigerator was too small to fit anything in it. The ice machine located in the hallway didn't have ice in it the whole weekend we stayed. There was only one set of towels left in the room, when my reservation stated 4 people. The fees were ridiculous, $100 per night deposit, plus I was charged an extra $35 per night for something i didn't even know about. Its a nice hotel if you are traveling without kids. However, for us it wasn't convenient at all.

Worth the visit

Liked: I enjoyed the roof top pool and the aesthetic of the room.
Disliked: The property was nice, but the rooms did not include a microwave and the refrigerator did not get cold

Disappointing! Pool closed at 5:00...

Liked: The location was great and I loved the adjustable beds.
Disliked: We stayed during a huge heatwave in DC and their roof top pool is one of the reasons we selected this property. But after we checked in I called to ask for the pool hours and they told me it had closed at 5:00!! 5:00?! In the summer? During a heatwave? Why is the pool open only during the day? People who stay at hotels are traveling or out and about during the day, then you come back to the hotel in the evening/night to relax and swim. You couldn't even check in until after 3:00, so you can only use the pool for 2 hours? Besides, that, when i called the front desk, it wasn't a person in the hotel it was someone at a customer service call center, and she just laughed when I said the pool hours were ridiculous. No apologies, nothing. The room was clean and comfortable, but as soon as we walked in we were hit with the strong smell of cleaning agents. I figured they had just cleaned the room and it would fade, but it kept smelling so strongly all night, it gave me a headache. The mini fridge in the room was teeny tiny and had no little freezer so we couldn't refreeze our ice packs. The fridge portion was tiny and barely cool. The bathroom door is ridiculous. It just slides closed and doesn't lock or click into place so it kept sliding open while people were using it!

The hotel wasn’t too bad...

Liked: The location was good. I liked that they held our bags before checkin and after checkout with no additional fee.
Disliked: The property is really not kid friendly. The pool closes pretty early for children. The fridge was very small. U couldn’t put any food in it. I didn’t like the coffee was not 24 hr. I didn’t like that there was an $55 to checkin 1 hour early as well as $55 for a 1 hour late check out. I didn’t like the temp of the water in the shower.

Great for people that want...

Liked: The pool is magnificent, staff is great and the property is close to everything!
Disliked: The bathroom door isn't floor to ceiling, it's very non-private.
