amazing place, would return if...

Liked: breakfast was good, room excellent. all areas good and functional and well kept and designed.
Disliked: mixed staff attitude from friendly professional to unhelpful and rude, happy to talk further about this if you’re genuinely interested

Very convenient for the Opera...

Liked: I would definitely stay there again when I next visit Manchester. I booked because one of the reviews said it felt "safe", and it certainly does. Casual funky decor downstairs and minimalist (apart from the huge bed) designed bedrooms. The help-yourself breakfast was super.
Disliked: The room I was first allocated was in fact only half ready, but I was quickly given a replacement room. I didn't realise until I was leaving that there was information about breakfast etc on the TV screen.

Liked: Central location, quirky style
Disliked: Air con only worked intermittently, no tea and coffee in the room (not always convenient to go out). Room not cleaned / towels not changed

Liked: Location and manager he's always polite and helpful even he was not there but he always looked at him mail
Disliked: They changed to car park situation they said you should get your pass before you came here which was this was to late to say it, because we were already leaving there
