excellent stay, excellent staff.

Liked: The staff on check in were really helpful, unfortunately didn’t get there names offered an alternative room as the one i originally booked wasn’t available couldn’t of been anymore apologetic but they were both great, then after check in popped into the revolve bar and again met by two really nice staff members on the bar who were more than happy to help you, the bar area is so relaxing and and the decor is amazing, if you could give abit of credit to the two staff on reception & the two in the bar that afternoon/evening it would be great

Liked: Room was very clean and aesthetic, we especially the mood lighting around the entertainment unit and the adjustable setting on the bed
Disliked: There wasn't much in the way of privacy, you could still make out a person through the tempered glass of the toilet/shower

2 weeks in a well...

Liked: Very kind and helpful staff, especially Sunday, Franco and Nicole. It was a great pleasure to meet them.Perfect ergonomics and logistics.Also a nice gym downstairs, perfect for burning calories.English breakfast of course, worth each penny.

Infernally hot

Liked: Really well located and clean. The check in and check out process is a plus. The people is really kind.
Disliked: My opinion could be totally different if the air conditioner was working. The room was infernally hot and the ac was not working, we have requested for assistance and the lady told us that there is no maintenance available and no other triple room was available. The hotel provided a fan that was really noisy and didn’t helped a lot. There is also a problem with the shower, the door doesn’t closes properly and the water runs to the room floor. If you are not really close to the people with whom you’re sharing the triple room, don’t choose this option. You will not have any bathroom privacy. In short, my frustration is related to the money that I spent and the hours that I didn’t sleep because I wasn’t comfortable.

Comfortable, restful and very good...

Liked: Exceeded my expectations given the relatively low fee paid for my room. Despite it being a small room with bunk beds, it was well designed, modern and comfortable and ideal for an overnight stay.
Disliked: Nothing to add here.
