Disliked: Staff, the rooms without a window and they didn't mentioned at booking

We had a great sleep...

Liked: We were in a bad situation - we were stuck in the city after midnight and need last minute accommodations. Stuart the night manager worked hard to get us quickly into a (VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN) room and helped us by loaning us his own charger cable. He went above and beyond for weary, troubled and grumpy travelers.
Disliked: Nothing to mention except price! But we were without many choices.

Comfortable Stay, Room for Improvement

Liked: We loved the hotel's location! The room was comfortable, and storing our luggage wasn't an issue. However, the check-in experience could have been friendlier, particularly with the Indian lady who seemed a bit unfriendly. When my husband parked across the road, she wasn't very accommodating about storing his luggage, but we made it work. On the plus side, the room was clean, modern, and exactly what we booked. The 24-hour coffee area was convenient, but it could benefit from more frequent cleaning, especially given the hotel's busy nature. The public toilet and coffee station should be prioritized for more regular cleaning."

Liked: Comfortable, clean and tea facilities in the bar. Good breakfast and great location!
Disliked: The only thing was I received a wheelchair room instead of a normal room. I would of preferred a normal roomdue to the tiny sink. It would of been nice to have the choice instead of just being told.
