Disliked: £15 per night for parking charge £30 for 2 night stay which took us back a bit . Considering how much the stay cost

Liked: The staff were all wonderful especially the bar staff. We liked the different seating areas in the gardens and the courtyard. Our room had everything we needed but we found it qute small and dark. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good choice. The bar had a good choice of drinks
Disliked: We found the garden and courtyard furniture uncomfortable to sit for any length of time as the metal backs dig into your back, also the breakfast room chairs were not very comfortable. We think that £15 per night parking for residents is extortionate

Liked: The hotel is on the main bus route, and ideally placed for sightseeing. The hotel has lovely gardens.
Disliked: I upgraded to an apartment. The apartment was very dirty we had to ask for it to be cleaned again which was done, but it was dark and had a strange musty odour. Very disappointed, hardly an upgrade. Breakfast was very disappointing, a lack of staff,and what staff there was there didn’t want to be. Uncleared tables meant nowhere to sit, and the buffet was very sparse. Not the food but utensils, cups and glasses. When food items run out it took ages to replenish. But food quality was excellent.
