Disliked: Being woken up at 6am by catering staff slamming fridge door repeatedly Saturday morning 7am Sunday morning same thing after complaining about it,7am Monday morning 5 times in 4 minutes after being told reception had left a message to catering staff,it seemed like they were doing it more because we had complained . Room 43

Liked: Friendly and well located to visit family we will be back. Enjoy having the same room and it's outlook. As we can't manage stairs it's one of the only choices in the area

Liked: Nice hotel. Lovely gardens. Location was about a 20 min walk into town or a short taxi ride back.
Disliked: £15 per night to use the hotel car park on top of the hotel price. Some couples were finding places to park on street in the area rather than pay
