Great value for money

Liked: Good location, specious rooms, kids friendly decoration, good food variety and super help-full receptionist.

Pleasant experience with nice amenities...

Liked: Nicely decorated rooms, good dinner, appreciated the arcade room for children
Disliked: Too much noise from the outside (true that we had the room on 1st floor, above the main entrance), bad covers to keep the dinner food warm - they were not fitting, making their operation quite difficult and risky (covering hot food), shady neighbourhood

Liked: Staff is super friendly and helpful, facilities are beyond of what you pay for.
Disliked: The surrounding area is kinda sketchy.

Decent stay but staffs are...

Liked: Room is quite nice and more spacious than others I found.
Disliked: At check in, there were 2 men at the counter. A black guy in black t shirt (I am not racist, but I didn’t get their names) and a white guy. No one greeted us. I tried going to the white guy but he pointed me to the black guy. And the black guy got offended!!! He said ‘I am right here didn’t you see? Why are you going to him?’Hello, how I know who is ready to help us if you don’t greet us?

With a large family travelling...

Liked: There were enough beds for my family of 5. Bathroom area was on the larger size for Europe, still not a lot of surface area for toiletries. Overall room was decent sized. Lots of storage space, like a good-sized closet and places around the beds to prop up with phones, drinks, etc. Bottle filler available. Restaurant next door, seemed family-friendly but we didn't need to go to.
Disliked: A/C was only flowing into main room, not into bedroom or bathroom. Kids were cool, parents NOT. Coffee maker issues. No fridge, but there was one in the building. I'm not sure who would put food/drinks into a fridge accessible by other people. Presumably body wash and shampoo in bathroom but neither dispenser was labeled so, good luck. And only one was filled. Location was "fine" but not wonderful. Not the hotels' issue, but just to note. I wouldn't have walked anywhere around there after dark. Also, was told there was laundry, but not told you need 3 days in order to utilize the service. Not cool. Was told there was a public laundry "across the street" to use. Turned out to be a 0.3 mile walk...not across the street. So we did not use. Clean-looking hotel, but eh. We stayed in the Lucky Luke room on 5th floor (I think 502). One surly staff member, the rest were lovely.

Great hotel

Liked: Great hotel in walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel decoration is incredible and the staff was nice and very helpful.
Disliked: Even the restaurant of the hotel had a big variety of food, it was not what we expected.
