Excelent apartament

Liked: Everything: location, comfort, staff, cleaness, equipment. Quite in the top centre location. Mr Andy helped me to find gluten free bread, what was not easy. Business lounge to relax and rest before flight really super.
Disliked: No big coffee/tea mags.

Liked: The location is perfect!!! Directly facing Eaton MallThe staff are super kind & extremely helpful

Liked: Location was central, apartment was spacious, provided granola bar, chocolate & large bottle of Pellegrino water as a welcome gift, tourist map in room & staff were very helpful & friendly.
Disliked: They provided dishwasher tabs but there was no laundry liquid/powder for the washing machine

great location in downtown Toronto

Liked: everything was great, from check in to check out. awesome location in central Toronto, easy to go to different attractions on foot or by public transport. the apartment was large, well furnished and equipped.

Great fully furnished apartment

Liked: The staff were super friendly, helpful and kind.Location is great.Very special window view.Two bathrooms.Full kitchenware.Fully furnished.
Disliked: Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher can be renewed, as they are old and noisy. However, they work perfectly.

Liked: It's so late check in, the constant communication, how organized they were upon arrival
Disliked: I didn't like how there's no heat heat because I got cold at one point in the middle of the night was happy to have access to laundry facilities and there's convenience store right next door as well. So the patient is pretty good in minus it could be hard to get a ride service due to the location sometimes.
