Great place in the dowtown...

Liked: This place is wonderfull, it is like a mixture of hotek and apartment, as you have the best of both... the apartment was really big, had all the equipment we might have needed, had coffee, tea, sugar... and we barely used the public transportation because most of the tourist places are just in a walking distance. The recepcionists are very quickly answering all questions before arrival, super helpful during the stay. They were also very kind to our family group and offered an incredible upgrade. There is a businness center with computer, scanner and printer for free... thank you very much for everything...
Disliked: There is nothing I could think of.

Liked: Location is perfect, staff is super friendly.
Disliked: The view was not spectacular, I looked straight into a roof of the next building.

Liked: Everything, The staff members were super friendly and super helpfulEverything I needed was there. The location is perfect for everything. Just in front of the Eaton Center and subway station, just next to the entrance. Walking distance from everything needed if you travel alone or with family. The neighborhood is safe. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Bathrooms were small and awkward. Patio furniture was constantly wet from morning dew ( different chair fabric would help).
