Liked: Did not eat breakfast. Rooms were great, comfortable and relaxing environment.
Disliked: Would be nice if there was a restaurant on site

Don’t go!!!

Disliked: Very unfriendly and unaccomadating staff. The gate guard told us we would have to pay $75 because we arrived a half hour before check in. We told him after driving 3 hours we just needed to use the bathroom and would wait in the car before checking in. He told us that you can’t go through the gate unless you pay the early check in fee. This is supposed to be wellness facility?? When we asked to speak with the manager he literally told us “good luck “. They don’t seem to care about your “wellness “ at all. The front desk staff was no better she seemed like simply checking us in was a hassle, barely even said hello when we walked up to the desk. Highly do not recommend!

Very good

Liked: Nice amenities like hot tub, warm pool and gong therapy
Disliked: When we arrived they had a power outage ( which is a frequent occurrence there) and they couldn’t program the room keys, so we had to wait a lot and then only a staff member could get us to the room till morning, which was inconvenient. But at least we were allowed to check out later because of that.

Dirty, horrible food , don’t...

Liked: The property has potential but it needs a lot of work. This is not a four star property. It is 2 stars as best.
Disliked: We hated everything about our stay except our massages.

Ambivalent feelings

Liked: We were there 3 nights. Room never was cleaned . I mean it no garbage removal no shampoo or shower gel no towels. Food was very simple and not enough for everyone. Breakfast 8-10 . If you come 9:30 there is no food . Not even coffee. If you come 8 they will tell you to early wait 30 minutes. Not enough stuff. Very unpleasant experience.
Disliked: Good location. Inside pool multiple sauna rooms. The building is very big so you don’t see many people.
