Liked: Yes the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent, value for money.
Disliked: The room was a bit hot and it was difficult opening the windows. I was a bit shocked to see cockroaches in the 2nd night I was there on the fridge and one climbed onto my bed onto the pillow and a key got stolen from my suitcase. Also the light didn't work in the dining room where you eat and there were no cups in the kitchen.

Liked: Love it is in the city and clean.
Disliked: They mention a policy of no escooter or bikes to be brought to the room. To store, it is 25 per nite at a secured locked storage.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, very close to the centre, less than 20 min walk/short bus ride to Britomart (connection to airport). Clean and tidy, helpful staff, 24/7 reception. There's a lift, which was handy as we had large suitcases.
Disliked: Window curtains were a bit mouldy, but otherwise the place was clean.

Liked: The room was clean and staff very friendly. Great location with free overnight parking around the corner and access to the gym.
Disliked: Sleeping on the top bunk was very bumpy, every time the person below me moved felt like an earthquake.
