Amazing location but bring earplugs!

Liked: The property, grounds, views were stunning. The staff were lovely and helpfulAn amazing place to stay for a reasonable price.
Disliked: You take a gamble whether the occupants of the neighbouring rooms are quiet and respectful. Unfortunately for us they were not, which resulted in my 11 year old daughter being kept awake by noisy and disrespectful adults and with no reception or anyone to oversee this was an issue.Car parking facilities is inadequate even when not at full capacity.

Overall - I’ll definitely come...

Liked: WiFi kept disconnecting and not strong enough. We couldn’t have breakfast as too packed and set up a bit disorganised. However excellent location, lovely room and good for self catering. I feel that many younger staff (in all places I’ve been to) lack social skills. Not all but some need more training on being or seeming friendly. Maybe they’re just shy or nervous but it costs nothing and makes a big difference.
