It is a 4-minute walk from Te Papa Museum and Wellington's waterfront. Self-service laundry facilities are available. There is a supermarket opposite the hostel. Wellington City YHA offers a wide range of backpacker accommodations from spacious and dormitory rooms to private rooms with queen-size bed and private bathroom. All bed linen is provided. The property has a secure bike storage area with maintenance tools available for use.
