I would stay hear again....

Liked: Friendly staff at arrival. Not rushed. Liston. Nice to chat with. On the second night I used the restaurant. I was bit late but no trouble. Nice hot food. Lovely coffee. Friendly staff, caring. Clean room. Clean modern bunkbeds. Lovely shower. Clean throughtThe game room / lounge had goid quality games in. Wide selection of books to read and available to buy. Nice grounds
Disliked: Stairs. I hate stairs. Bad knee

Liked: Very helpful staff. Well located.
Disliked: There were spiders in the room, potentially due to open windows that were needed to be left open as we stayed there in the peak of one of the heat waves in summer.

Disliked: The room was a bit old - but that's complaining on a very high level

Great YHA experience.

Liked: Very welcoming hosts and ever-friendly YHA ambiance. Nice breakfast. Very convenient car park. Very nice house and a beautifull outdoor area to relax. Close-by bus stop.
Disliked: Some shower boxes need better doors or curtains to avoid soaking floor and clothes.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were nice enough
Disliked: The rooms / the food. Really not great. It's not the staff's fault but there is a massive lack of investment in the rooms. Our 'twin' was like a prison cell. I presume that as there is an endless supply of students and school trips to Stratford that they don't need to improve.

Disliked: The shower cubicle was a bit small.
