Liked: Location is fantastic, staff are brilliant and the place has a lovely feel to it! Food excellent, and facilities great.
Disliked: The beds, the mattress were so thin that we all had a terrible night's sleep and all in back pain.

Liked: It was in a good location to the southdowns way
Disliked: I wasn’t very impressed, while the room was clean, the mattress were so thin it was really a wonder if there was any point them being there. Then to find they were covered in some sort of plastic, I guess in case I wet myself (which trust me in the past 40 some years I have managed to control that), made the sleep way to hot. I feel that the charge of £150, which didn’t even include a towel (I know you pointed this out at the time of my booking) however for the cost I would have at least expected a good mattress suitable for an adult and not a 3 year old child!
